Dr Aravindakumar is the Managing Director and Chief ENT Consultant of RR Multispeciality, Madurai. His sheer hard work, honesty, and dedication for the past 36 years contributed to the success of the RR Hospital. He has been a pioneer of ENT in Madurai and the first ENT Surgeon to use Video Endoscopy, Flexible ORL Vision Endoscopy, Video Stroboscopy in OPD, Bipolar Scissors, and HD Spies by Karl Storz.

Dr. Dhanyan Harshidan is the Administrative Director and ENT consultant of RR Multispeciality Hospital, Madurai. He was formerly Assistant Professor at Velammal Medical College, Hospital and Research Institute, Madurai and ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR at SRM Medical College, Hospital & Research Institute, Chennai.

He is a visiting consultant ENT Surgeon in Pearl Medical Centre, Maldives, A4 Hospital Chennai and CROWN ENT & SKIN CLINIC, Chennai

He completed his post-graduation in 2014 and was awarded the Silver Medal in the University. He had a golden chance to attend a Workshop in GRAZ, AUSTRIA under Late.Prof.Stamberger was a global pioneer in Endoscopic Nasal Surgery .

He is the youngest ENT surgeon to organize and host an ENT Conference  with 6 Internationally renowned Surgeons as faculty and 30 National Faculty and [20th Tamilnadu Association of Otorhinolaryngologists & 13 th Southzone –MIST 2017 ]attended by 688 delegates in Madurai in the capacity of Organising Secretary.

He is an Examiner in ENT in many universities in the country. He has been an Undergraduate and Post Graduate teacher

He has an undying thirst for academics and has published research articles in International and National Journals and has attended several Workshops and Conferences in the country and abroad. He is a life member in TNAOI (Tamilnadu Association of Oto-rhino laryngologists) and IAOHNS (Indian Academy of Otorhinolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery)

He is trained in Endoscopic, Coblator, Microdebrider and Laser surgeries.

His Vision :

1.To establish RR Hospital as the best ENT Hospital providing patients latest, safe and excellent care addressing all aspects in ENT under one roof.

2.To establish a Community outreach program to provide ENT treatment to the poor and needy .

3.To establish a Community outreach program to provide rehabilitation of kids suffering from Cerebral palsy for free of cost.
